Today was fun, some good chats regarding Spy Kids and Hunger Games. The new drills are really helping the achilles for some reason. Especially the strides, while they feel really weird I know they are doing something different.

Today was really good. I'm glad we decided to go outside for this one... Anyway we worked into the tempo and it was good to have T-pain along for the ride. Maybe could have pushed a little harder in the 3rd or fourth ones, but we still finished pretty quick. Achilles feeling much better than yesterday....
