Today was ok. Was not fighting to stay with Colin in the first set but was able to turn things around by the sets. Crushed the last hills.

Took a little more effort to get into today. The C's were very tough in the drills today. Super focused on the workout and was able to crush myself going into and through that last set. The new drills are really working and I'm applying well into strides. Just need to lean forward more and get some more speed into it.

First part of the race was really good. Got into the race and stuck with the lead pack. Pack started to drift away and found myself running alone lots towards the end of the race. Didn't set myself up to compete. Needed to just run with the pack that quickly accelerated from me since I was still feeling pretty good. Still fighting that dragon...
