Today was solid. Just need to focus on getting that foot up over the knee in drills and get into that powerful position coming down on the ball of the foot. Challenged myself on the weights.

Today was a big grind fest. Really good work on the tempo with collo, competed and just went hard. Wanted to throw up afterwards. The intervals stuff was bold and we grinded very well. Took things one at time and finished well. Gritting the teeth today.
