60 min at altitude. Sucking wind again today.. Got into by the time we turned around and got closer back to the trail head.

10 minute shakeout with Isaac, Dylan, Colin and Stoppa. Some strides up the hill of the driveway. Headache was back early.

Solid work in the afternoon before the final exam with ol Collo. Workout was a little chaotic with all the people using the facility. Really worked into the weights.

Today was really good, got grinding by the middle of the third set. Was nice to have Isaac challenge us in the third set on the last interval, and keep grinding to run a faster last interval.

Today was solid, got into the swim today and grinded from there. Good HR afterwards and getting stronger with the med-ball.

Started on the trails today and transitioned into the road. Was feeling much better than I have for the last couple of long runs and was able to finish pretty well. Despite, being snowed in yesterday for the workout.
