did this after my hockey game this morning, was already feeling tried going into this and sickness is stilling taking over my body. this wasn't the best quality workout but was able to get on some nice trails in Maple Grove and complete the workout. headache got worse as the workout went on and breathing during was extremely difficult but just tried to keep my focus on getting the work done.
30min run once arriving in Minneapolis , this was a grind. throat and lungs were burning once breathing got heavy. Was going to try and do a bit longer but body physically was shutting down. Have two hockey games later today, depending on how i feel tonight may or may not play.
Sickness is no better, sinuses are worse compared to yesterday however and headaches will not go away.

was focused throughout the workout however my body physically was not there today. felt off and did not take much for my breathing to get out of control. last Monday i feel like i was able to push the line for tempo but today that line was low.
