this went better than expected because for the past week I haven't been feeling all that great. felt strong however throughout and surges were good. Throat was still being annoying.

went for a run just after dinner to make up the milage

feeling more energized today however throat is still not 100%

went for a longer off day run to make up for Tuesday. Generally sore during the run, lots of stretching and rolling after.

feeling the best I have felt in a week, throat is still sore but sinuses are clearing up and headaches are gone.
was lonely doing this by myself but got the work done. Also when running through centennial saw them shooting a movie so that was cool.

Got back from MN and body is feeling a little but better than it did going into this weekend but not 100%, tonsil (right) has been swollen for a week now so thats odd. After this weekend body is feeling drain, only managed to get through a pool workout today. Was going to do a run after pool but shut it down then.

did this in Brainerd MN before playing a round of golf with my dad.
headache has gotten better but throat and sinuses are still plugged, this weekend has not been the best for recovery.
again workout was tough and breathing was again burning as it got heavier.

but in other news we won the tournament so thats a plus

did 95min long run, longest one yet but the quality just wasn't there. body is feeling not recovered and drain from battling a throat infection as well as competing in a hockey tournament, timing of of getting sick couldn't have been better...
did this before the 2 games later today, going to be resting until then.
