Track workout.

1 mile warmup.
1000m run, 1000m recovery.
800m run, 800m recovery.
600m run, 600m recovery.
400m run, 400m recovery.
200m run, 200m run.
1 mile cool down.

Very nice time, was cold but I was able to feel good during the entire workout. Can't wait for Saturday.

I also ordered a new compass, my old one broke at the last race. Hopefully I get it before my next race.

Easy day. Ran right before the JROTC orienteering practice. I was impress of how well the cadets did, and excited to see how they do on Saturday at the AZ JROTC orienteering championship.
