80 min at a good effort. Started feeling tired, as I should I guess, in the last 10 minutes.
I have a chronic tooth infection and will need to get my tooth pulled in the next few days. On Amoxycillin 500mg every 8hours.

2by 20min on 2 min rest. Good effort. In the last 5 minutes of the second set I started to feel asthma like symptoms - maybe it's because it's my first workout in a week and it was cold..

calves a little sore at the end.

easy run. feeling good again and my calves weren't sore at all .

First run after a week off since the Endurance Challenge in California. My calves are still pretty sore. I could barely walk for 3 days after the race and could not use any calf muscle.
In the future - don't wear 0mm drop shoes in a 50k race.
