Why is my resting HR always 48 these days. In T Bay it was always around 42 ?
20 up, 6 times 5min on 2min jog. I don't think I pushed myself super hard in this workout. It was more like half marathon effort pace.It's hard sometimes to push myself more when I'm alone and in the dark. The world seems like its flying by really fast at night and I feel like I;'m going really fast- It's hard to tune into my effort level.
