Sprint! Way too much hesitation and stopping because of the steepness of the hill after the cemetery on the way to one. Really good flow for the rest of the course, except for 18. I was reading 18's description and kind of realized it was on the other side but either decided to just go down the stairs to be safe (sometimes I do that?) or that it was actually the better route (which it wasn't). Should've been running faster on the last bit, but overall it was a really good race.

Sprint relay. My hip was hurting pretty bad after the sprint, so I was a little bit worried, but I took advil and it was fine. Fun starting in the mass start, I was pretty tired so I wasn't pushing so hard or executing routes as cleanly as the morning, but still went well. And we won!

Long. Started well, time loss on 6 since I went too far and had to climb up some huge rocks. 9 I should've went straight to the trail, but I started off going straight across and eventually just followed the trail once I crossed it, little bit confused approaching the control. Overran 10 all the way to 16, and of course just as I got to 10 Emma was getting there. Chasing her to 11 I wasn't navigating well, wasn't finding it, bailed to the trail to try to relocate, still didn't find it, eventually relocated and found it after a lot of standing around. After that I tried to refocus for the rest of the course but I just continued messing up.

NAOC middle. I felt really solid going to 2 and then I overran 3 and took a while recognizing the trail, stopped really close to it and just stood there being confused. Evalin caught me there and then I tried to speed up but got tired after a few controls. I was still doing kinda okay then but lost some commitment there and was a little shaky and slow for the end.
