900m, 2x1km (which were actually a little over 1.1km) by the stadium. Times were 3:26, 4:25, 4:28. The first one was okay but the last two I was really struggling. My hip + knee were hurting too much afterwards to cool down, but I ice bathed after practice and took care of it at home and was fine the next day. Kind of frustrated that my hip is still an issue, it's been 6 weeks.
