Did chest exercises...

Played some actually pretty intense wallyball.

I memorized my kata, and then we worked on kumite drills. I was fighting my aunt, and the drill was we were supposed to punch each other at the same time, then I strike again, whether it was a kick, or a punch, jab, etc. The instructor helped her with her stepping, and that threw off her timings, so the first time we contacted, she punched me right in the nose :(

I didn't get to do the full 7 miles I had planned because I cramped very hard about 2 and a half miles, I didn't have a map of the route either, and my partner was getting slown down by me, so I decided to just go back, and he went on ahead.
