Cycled out to see if intervals were on(apparently they weren't) but i got a pretty intense ride in anyway which was nice :-)

Lots of exercise in the sand making life dificult like always. everyone was fully cooked by the end of the hour and we finished of with some decent stretching.

A long run with zo. talking all the way which made the first hour go super fast and then the last bit was just along our normal running route. Definitely a route I enjoy as it has the beautiful scenery of the derwent all along it. we also may have been touched by the sun just a little. Nice swim at the end with anna though.
