Both races + wu/wd
1st race- didn't get into any sort of rythem and very scrappy- but looking at splits I had allot of fastest splits despite not feeling quick! Really positive as Ruth Holmes, Meg, Cecillia, Kirsten Maxwell, Alice and other very good orienteers where on my heat! Disappointed on missing out on the a final (just :-( ) as I feel that is a realistic aim in sprint for me.
Final- nerves at starting last so very disjointed at the start, then a massive directional error when I started getting some flow to 9- almost 3 minuets lost!!!! Disappointed with my pressure handling in sprints, always leads to a big mistake! Refoccussed somewhat and plodded around the rest clean.
Lots to fix but some positives :-) good experience!
