Cycling 4:00:00 [4] 67.0 mi (3:35 / mi)
shoes: Road Bike

Climb= ALLOT

Balfron- boquan- fintry- carron valley- bannockburn- stirling (few wrong turns, switched off!) cambusbarron- gargunnock (actually turned off and went through- a bit pointless!)- kippen- fintry- killearn-balfron station- balfron

Back sore on/off +lots of wee stops, so not so quick!. Dead now! Hilly route! Much stronger on hills than the flat- gargunnock to kippen is borrringggg (long straight flat road!).

Ate some jam sandwiches and a banana on my way round- just devoured half my kitchen. I had such a great time!!!!! :-DDDDD LOVE CYCLING!!!!!!!

Note
(sick)

Went for a run no longer than 25mins but packed it in due to a very sore back (on/off), feeling sick/fevery, and needing the loo tonnes. Odd as its on/off... Had a kidney infection at the 6 days, and one at the start of the year...

Bah humbug

Few days off after an amazing time in the French Alps and Annecy, visiting Natalie Beadle! Asthma was very bad in the Alps but fine the rest, it was fabulous! Ran, cycled and swam :-)
