went to hanger. did 45lbs 12 lifts 5 times. then did pulls down behind head with 50lbs and then some barbell lifting. | ||

| very muddy. had a good race. was out of c ontrol on some of the downhills but managed to survive. went up hydro hill on the right side first time up. not the best idea. second time toolk left side and it went much better. happy overall | ||
