Actual distance ran was 6.45k

Nothing really went wrong today, had a good navigation race, well expect a really silly small mistake by #4 (5-10 sec).

My legs weren't feeling a 100% with me today, so was unable to get the the hoped speed that I could probably have done.

I am very happy with today after not racing in 4 weeks and with being sick for 2 of those weeks (without training).
