Well besides having a little Morrison as my Shadow. It was a good relay, just struggled alot with my breathing today.

Nav was perfectly fine today, just a few weird route choices.

Couldn't have asked for a better temperature. (it was overcast and cool)

Today was just my perfect orienteering day, well except for the fact that i couldn't/shouldn't run.

Nav was 100% beyond perfect, made less than a 1 min mistake on control #5, just a slight miss read of the map. Used the roads to pick up speed, around 5 min/km. Walked and recovered during the more bushier parts into the controls. Lets just say this was a great orienteering day and had no pressure or stress, as i was adaptable to change goals continuously. Started at finishing under 3 hours, then moved to 2 hours and then finished off at trying to finish under 1 hour 30.

Haven't as comfortable as this before with my nav. Was planning ahead by three controls and had full plans that worked out.
