Nice easy park run this morning, got into nice comfy pace and just stuck with it the whole way. Didn't feel the need to push myself today.

Normal Thursday route. Was quite chilly outside today, which to me was perfect running weather, about 12 degrees C.

First time this week that i was able to find time to get a short run in. Luckily next week i finish with my exams and will get in alot more training.

Just an easy run around the 200m track at gym. Arrived are my for my yoga class so decided a short run was in order.
Great way to clear the mind when studying!!
