Orienteering (Planning) 3:00:00 [1]

Legs were quite dead after the run which made things very interesting. Didn't get much stretch time in after i ran.
2 PM

Orienteering (Coaching) 3:00:00 [3] 3.0 km (1:00:00 / km)

AN hour and a half of fitness with the seniors, I personally did about 3km with them just to get them to the correct pace i wanted them at.

Junior boys still had to work through more of the basics before the training event on Monday.
6 PM

Road Running hills 21:16 [4] 4.0 km (5:19 / km) +100m 4:44 / km
ahr:196 max:206 shoes: Salomon S-LAB Sense Ultra

Decided to run from home to a meeting, kind of forgot that it was a gradual uphill the whole way...

Breathing wasn't a strong suite and had a terrible rhythm today. Which meant i had a nice easy run. I was planning on running longer but had the biggest stitch of my life.

Great leg and core session, was quite a packed studio so ended up with my feet in other peoples faces and vice versa. Gave us all a really good laugh.
