Didnt push my running to hard, ankle was killing me. focused on Navigation which was spot on perfect.

Pushed as hard as i could with being injured.

Fell twice during the race. had just rained and was about 0 degrees...

got to race against Swedens best orienteers which was amazing. Had a debrief with both Gustav Bergman and Ruslan Glebov. Which i got some really good pointers
