Good running, just need to work on getting my fitness back again now that I am no longer sick. Navigation was really good.

Second leg for the relay, ran past the #9 control and the #18 control, but was just bad work on my part with the scaling.

Had an asthma attack on the long leg between #10 and #11, luckily I managed to control my breathing enough until the end of the race.

Team came 3rd overall
