Easyish run though actually felt kinda fast after yesterday. I guess it is the pace I would like to be doing my easy runs at but my body hasn't quite got there yet.

Running hills 1:50:00 [4]

Bit of a random decision to run up Mt Roy on New Years day. Only decided to do a run in the afternoon, pretty late night beforehand too. 1:05 to the top running the whole way which necesstated puching quite hard in some spots. Think could be done faster probably sub 1hr, maybe getting down to the 55min mark. Would like to do another one in a month or so to see if its possible. 5mins on top and then 40mins coming down which was painful on the quads.
