WIOL #3 couple of mistakes and still feeling very hard to run hard if that even makes any sense.
CP1 - 50" running without compass totally disoriented for some reason.
CP2 - 50" Going up and over stil flustered from the idiotic stuff from the first checkpoint just ran up the straightest route and down. Going around on the right should be 50 - 60 sec faster
CP14 - 2' Missed the turn and got confused for some reason when I saw the ravine with the river to the right of me.
Total lost: 3:40
Still in recovery mode from the Ironman Florida. HR about 12-14 bpm higher than it should be at all running paces. From race pace to higher and lower aerobic. Resting HR about 6-7 higher
