Felt good considering the horrible run yesterday at Squak mountain. Started with a conservative route plan ~ 18 miles, resisted the urge to go for an optional control that would have added 1.8 miles. Took it easy throughout the course and was 5 minutes earlier at the end. One of the rare cases when I ran with a relaxed, not an overly optimistic route plan. Lost about a minute looking for control 11. | ||

Felt bad. Walked almost all hills. Felt my knees on the downhills. Last year I did 2:05, but felt much better on the hills and smoked the descends. | ||
