Cold, did not warm up well, legs dies on the first steep hill. Hard to keep any speed after that.

Did not see CP3 and did more than several minutes of spiraling - 4 min
Did not see the hill for CP5 ran around the trail a bit - 1min
Got confused by extra road for 11 took the wrong one leaving - 1min

Elsewhere went well.

Wow daaaamn: entry from 2010:

8 X 400 (2 sets of 4, alternate slow-fast)
Recovery = 400 and 800 after set of 4

Group 4 times: 1:15 and 1:13 per 400.

Started a bit slower, because did not have time for a proper warm up. Intervals felt comfortable fast. Could have done at least one more set of 4.
