Pilates 1:10:00 [4]

A very advanced pilates class without break. We are getting better and I start to understand what the instructor wants from me. It was very difficult, but lovely of course.

Park orienteering 1:20:00 [3]

Training in the Lighthouse park in West Vancouver, very difficult map with a lot of small steep trails. First I placed some controls, I needed cca. 25 minutes. It was not so easy to place the controls, some sections of the map are not easy to read. After I run with my friend Cat and her dof Hamlet the whole training from the point 14 to 1 and picked up the first 5 controls I placed before, Cat was running for the first time, so we stoped sometimes and learned to read the map. Some nice views to the City and Islands. Lovely...

Park orienteering 20:00 [3] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

Warming up training before the race. Park orienteering in the False Creek area with a nice section in a residential area and small forest part.

Park orienteering 28:00 [4] 4.2 km (6:40 / km)

A park race in the Vanier park, run on the beach, with nice views to the Downtown and often running with, crossing or opposite direction of marathon runners. Very nice!!! No mistakes, just too slow.
