First run since metro-league, so wasn't sure how I would go. First couple of km's felt sluggish but found my groove after that and picked up the tempo.

Stuck to Paula's advice which was only do 40 min tops.

Got bored so went for a Mt bike ride at Duffy's Forest. Track was nice for quad as nothing really technical or hill-based.
