Mountain bike ride through perimeter trail with Dycey who was doing MT biking apart of his 52 sports in 52 weeks. Unfortunately his pace was not quite there but ow well a good ride.

2 x 6 very short with 15 second rest between each.

1 x 4 medium with 30 second rest between each.

Idea was to focus on speed which still needs work.

Lost 0-2. Flue or cold is just not going away.
