Ran with Ally and Aidan. Downside was I went was included on their rest so naturally I got less, but felt the session was better.

Ride to Shinglers for a physio appointment. Lost time at intersection of Dehli and Fullers road as chain decided to come off.... grrrr!!!!

Cycle from Shingler's to Work via LCNP. I was attacked by an angry duck and then saw Mark's weird bike. The bike was interesting as it look like a cross country ski bike if that makes sense.

Run home via work and bumped into Toby. I did say hi this time, but forgot the high-five.

Ran 1.39km in 6.02mins to meet Paula for Gait analysis. Really insightful and interesting to see my areas of improvement.

Focus now is neck back, shoulder blades back and arm cuts.
Paula showed how my 6yr old shoulder surgery has taken over my right side... back to strengthening excercise.

Leg movement was great. Once all together i looked like an athlete.
