夏よりも往路、復路ともに10分ほど速い。やっぱり夏は暑くて走れないってことか。一方で、昨年の冬と比べても3分程度速い。
水1L、バナナ1本、ジェル1個
インカレロング併設で軽く捻った右足首の内側、下側に少し違和感あり。
足首回してケアしたい。
左小指に軽いマメできた。足指、かかともケアしたい。
ラストは流し100m×3本。目線を落とさないようにしたい。
