Note

bit sore today. I guess that'll happen after first run in ages, and a pretty tough yoga class monday.

another different yoga class (pass runs out in a couple of weeks and I have quite a few classes left). this one was lots of really slow stretches - mainly upper back and shoulders. good, but I think I needed another hour of lower back and hip stretching to even out.
