NOL middle Wee Jasper. This is my favourite type of terrain - open and good running but very technical. Hip was still pretty tight so started fairly conservatively. I was a little slow in some of the circles but didn't make too many errors in the first part. Picked up Shannon and Laurel around 5-6, and Rachel later on. Manage one decent mistake on 11 where none of us were paying enough attention and we were looking in the wrong line of rocks and ended up finding 12.
Hip tightness somehow moved down into the top of my calf/ behind my knee and running became pretty difficult later in the course, and lost a fair bit of time just with slow running on the last loop.
Super fun course by Matt and great area. I think this version of the map made more sense than the version from 2019.
