| Anzac park hills. Felt pretty average, and didn't really feel like I could push hard on the hills, but the overall time on the run was as quick as I've ever done it, and I usually try and smash myself. I'm going to take that as a good sign.

Had one interesting incident - Scott hopped over a dead possum right in front of me while I was trying to have a drink. I swerved to avoid the possum (road kill splatter is not cool), but dropped my water bottle. I was just turning round to retrieve it when a car ran it over. thirsty trip home! |

| Easy run to test out my leg. was fine on the way out, but it started hurting about halfway home. very strange that it goes from totally fine to really sharp pain so quickly. I wish I knew what to do about it! |
