| Long run in the rainforest at Binna Burra. Rolled my right ankle about 4km from the end - hurt lots, but was ok to jog home. Its still sore, but not too swollen - and sitting in a bucket of ice water at the moment. |

| started to get an itchy throat this afternoon. all bad!! time for lots of vitamins and a rest day. Also taking the chemotherapy approach with dinner - chilli stir-fry with lots of ginger and garlic and other bug killing stuff! |
