| run along the beach at double island point. didn't really mean to run for this long, but didn't take a watch and lost track of time. high tide, and the sand was really soft, so pretty tough going. |

| cruised into kangaroo point for climbing, didn't feel too bad, so hopefully I'm getting better.
Did a couple of really easy climbs (14 and 15). |
