Running intervals 25:30 [5]
Intervals in anzac park. 7*3mins on, 1min recovery, then I ran the last one to the top of the last hill and it was 4.30. didn't go all out to start with after feeling pretty bad running hard on sunday, but got into the session pretty well and felt good running hard (although probably wasn't all that fast).
Gym 20:00 [4]
strength circuits when I got home. 3 x (15 squat jumps, 20 pushups, 15 pullup things, 20 lunge walks and 15 dips). hurty.
