massage this morning to try and sort out my nasty back/shoulders = good.
headache and feeling crappy = bad. hope I'm not getting sick.

afternoon loop. pretty ploddy to start with, but got going eventually. nice evening out but got dark a bit sooner than I was expecting so had to bail on the last bit through anzac park and run back through the streets.
