More Roto. More tired but back a little better. Bad start with a track that was way too hard, but then we did eagle vs shark which is awesome. Hit the wall with more than an hour left to ride, then hit a wall and crashed.
Back was stiff this morning so tried doing some stretches, but just managed to twinge something in my lower back and now in serious pain. vitamin I and tiger balm applied, hopefully I can move at some point later today.

Hot yoga. Very sweaty! Back settled enough and warmed up ok. Going to take a while to fix properly.
