Running intervals 21:00 [4] 4.5 km (4:40 / km) +150m 4:00 / km

Sauna intervals on cemetery hill x3. 1500m with 50m climb. James dragged me out to do these, and it wasn't quite as hot or hard as expected... but it was 36 here today and I spent the arvo in the kitchen making muesli so it was relatively cool out. Legs were tired. Times were 7.09, 7.19, 7.21.

Long run from my place. Good group this morning - Wendy, Clare, Katelyn, and Caroline for the first time. Super humid morning and we all struggled a bit. Caroline was very impressive for her first long run - at least 5 k longer than she's run before.
Iced coffees at the bean after, then some serious nap time!

Orienteering race 21:00 [4]

Sprint Canberra race 5 - ANU. legs pretty toasted so kept the pace pretty steady. good course and some tricky route choices.

Orienteering race 23:00 [4]

Sprint Canberra 4 at ANU. Mostly good race and felt like I started pretty well. A little hesitation on 7, where i didn't see the wall under the control circle, but most others did this too. started tightening up in the second half. had a complete brain fade on 17 - had decided where I was going to turn in, but then had a total vague out and ended up way past the building and down near 18. oops. another wobble leaving the second last and Rachel came past there.

Sprint canberra - relay at stromlo. first leg and rubbish start... control 1 was fine, but then lost heaps of time overshooting 2 and ran off the map to 4. pretty over it by then.
