Daisy ride. very foggy morning, so the forest was a bit spooky. recent rain and the variety of soil types meant the dust had turned either ice-rink slippery or hero-dirt grippy... surprise!

first session of physio pilates. going through the program teaching me how to do all the exercises. turns out I'm a bit spesh and couldn't do half the stuff (or it pissed off one of my injuries), so got easier versions.
