Orienteering race 20:20 [5] 3.9 km (5:13 / km)

Sprint OY at USQ toowoomba. good area and good course. got tricked up a bit by the complicated under the buildings bit, but pretty smooth otherwise. caught mikaela at the end, so had some good motivation to keep running when I was getting tired.

Orienteering intervals 25:00 [3]

O intervals focusing on short legs. good session, but got really sunburnt.

Didn't get out till after 7 but still disgustingly hot.

Feb training was a write off. Let's see if March can be better.
