Easy run in Anzac park. Felt good to start with but tummy was dodgy by the end.
Started vomiting an hour later, which finally stopped about 6am. Bug got dan as well.

Cycling 3:15:00 [3]

Ride with Pete from Rathdowney to Woodenbong and back. hardest part was the first 15k to the bottom of the climb - massive headwind, so we were working really hard to stay with Dan and James. after we hit the climb I cruised at Pete pace. Also did a lot of eating.

Sprint champs at the Gap. Fun course, but turned up and ran in a screaming rush and ran off again.

Evening long run on coottha. nice to get out, and felt ok.
