physio pilates. cut a few things out that were annoying my right glute.

physio visit after pilates to sort out right glute/piriformis. got some dry needling which seemed to help.

Gap creek mtb loop. cooler today.

something in my right glute is quite tight and sore. its been a bit sore for a couple of weeks, without anything making it better or worse. the last climb out of gap creek started to piss it off though. my back has been a bit tight, so i'll try working on that. another thing to keep an eye on.
