Sunday Nov 10 #

Cycling 30:00 [2]

Easy mtb at tewantin with Dan and Peggy. Trails super dry and sketchy but wasn't really interested in going fast. Good way to recover from lunch coma.

Saturday Nov 9 #

Note

Spent a couple of hours playing in the park with Samson. He hasn't quite got the hang of his balance bike yet but he was super keen for the swings. Stuffed now.

Ear thing quite bad today. At least being at home i can have a lie down when it gets worse

Friday Nov 8 #

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

tired. didn't sleep much.

Thursday Nov 7 #

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

ear thing wasn't too bad yesterday but is back today. maybe I'll have to actually visit a doctor

Note

doc reckons ear thing is blocked eustachion tubes. hitting it with decongestants and anti allergy spray. she did say something about "come back if it doesn't clear up in a few weeks". I really hope it doesn't take that long!

Wednesday Nov 6 #

Note

Physio. Reassessment before new program to try and figure out why progress has stalled. Rotational range in left hip is much less than right and there is still a lot of neural stuff going on. Also got some needles in both hips which was a bit ugly.

Tuesday Nov 5 #

Cycling 1:00:00 [3]

finally back on the bike.

Note
(sick)

Some weird sick thing. Been feeling flat since i got back, then the last couple of days my ears have been blocked, can't hear properly - everything is very loud and echo-y and i feel really dizzy.

Monday Nov 4 #

Note

Spent the morning out training one of the grads in soil sampling and ended up doing a fair bit of hand augering. Maybe i should count it as strength work cos I'm sure I'll be feeling it tmw. First day in high vis since back from the mine. Definitely nice to escape the shit that's going down in the office, if only for a few hours.
