DNS today cos calf was too sore. very sad not to be able to run - its one of my favourite maps and we don't often get to do decent long courses.

Qld middle champs at Reedy Creek. Really looking forward to this but calf cramped as i was warming up - near where the knot was last weekend. Taped my calf and it wasn't too bad for the first bit but then stepped in a hole after 3 and it was crazy painful. Hobbled for a bit and got running again slowly.
Sad to miss out on having a proper blast around today.
