Ran from the hotel across the river into NSW, around a bit, around a bit more, then back across the river to Mildura

OK, so here's the deal. In order to address my slovenly lazy lifestyle, I will do the following for the month of May:

- a minimum of 30 runs
- a minimum of 300k running
- a minimum of 500k cycling
- no chocolate in solid form (1 hot chocolate per day permitted)
- no chips, either hot or in packet form
- no alcohol
- leave work before 8pm each day
- a minimum of 3 fruits and 3 veges each day

And, to provide some incentive, if you register before the 7th of May, and I fail to do all the above for the month, I will pay you $20. But if I do manage to do everything you have to pay me $2.

There also is a force majuere clause, so to the extent I get sick or injured and can produce a medical certificate for any particular day, the monthly kms get reduced proportionately.
