running 25:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)

Ditto yesterday.

Wednesday Nov 25, 2009 #

running 25:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:00 / km)

Along Sandy Bay road and back

Had a dodgy ITB last week so I've not done anything for a week. Bitter experience tells me not to mess with ITBs. Its still tight, but knee seems OK so far.

Monday Nov 16, 2009 #

running 50:00 [3] 10.0 km (5:00 / km)

Along Sandy Bay road to the alma mater Taroona High school.

Note 1: Tim tams on special at Woolworths this week only $1.85 per pack.

Note 2: The cliches about Tassie being small with crappy weather and where everyone is related are actually true. Its about 12 degrees and the rain is coming in horizontally. The taxi driver from the airport knew my grandfather and when I got into the client site I was sitting across the corridor from my cousin.

left ITB not great.

Saturday Nov 14, 2009 #

running 40:00 [3] 8.0 km (5:00 / km)

Up to the tan and then a relatively speedy lap. About 17 minutes or something. Speedy for me anyway

Friday Nov 13, 2009 #

running 48:45 [3] 10.2 km (4:47 / km)

Up round the tan.

First sub 5 minute k run for a while

Thursday Nov 12, 2009 #

cycling 25:00 [3] 12.0 km (2:05 / km)

Elwood to work

running 45:00 [3] 9.0 km (5:00 / km)

Run home

Wednesday Nov 11, 2009 #

running 1:22:00 [3] 16.0 km (5:08 / km)

Up early (before 6!) for a lap of the lake without the 2 bridges bit. Almost got taken out by a 'roo round the golf club. Time and distance both estimates.

cycling 25:00 [3] 12.0 km (2:05 / km)

Down to Elwood via Beach road bikepath. Spent a lot of time dodging chicks in bikinis who would wander haphazardly onto the path.

Tuesday Nov 10, 2009 #

running 30:00 [3] 6.0 km (5:00 / km)

Not exactly sure about time and distance. Anyway, two bridges run from the Hyatt. Few cute baby swans (cygnets?) about. Good to see the renos on the bike path. There's almost a beach in places

Monday Nov 9, 2009 #

running 40:00 [3] 7.5 km (5:20 / km)

Up to the tan, then a lap. Sweaty as.

cycling 25:00 [3] 10.0 km (2:30 / km)

Ride into work.

Sunday Nov 8, 2009 #

cycling 2:15:00 [3] 58.5 km (2:18 / km)

Nice early morning ride, thwarted only by a triathlon on Beach Road and a nasty back spasm, which meant I had to stop and stretch for a while.
Getting hot by 9am
