1k warm up, 3x2km with 2 min rest, 1.5k warm down. Nice session but didn't go too hard.

Morning down to Catani gardens. Awesome morning so felt good.

Various trundling including to footy. Go hawks

Usual Thursday. 9k in 40:40

Just checking my splits for last Thursday. Got within 3 seconds a couple of times but Bruce beat me on every split - the one leg he butchered I butchered worse.

My aim for next year is to beat Bruce on a leg.

11 k of this was off road. For the 1 k on road I Almost got car doored 3 times. Sheesh.

orienteering 1:03:00 [3]

Vic long champs. One horrible error mid course when I went into the green earlier than I should have. Worked out what had gone wrong pretty quickly but still cost 3-4 minutes extricating myself. Also lost 40 secs on no 1'when came across a really big slab of bare rock that was tiny on the map. Still ntb considering how little orienteering I've done. Fitness nowhere near where it needs to be but coming along.

Thanks for the speedy results jimbo - they were up b4 I got home
