Note

Still not 100% right from sickness last weeknd. A bit snotty still and feeling a bit flat. Had some good naps on the couch.

Nice kayak, trying to be steady pace. Arm ok.

Plan was to run the Cable Bay Walkway, but it was closed for lambing. Run along the Boulder Bank Walkway instead. Quite nice to go somewhere new. Feeling a bit slow.
